After an initial discussion we gain a good understanding of your company, culture, and products which will
help us find out what sort of person you require in terms of skill, experience and attributes.
Once we have identified suitable CV’s, the candidates are interviewed either at our offices if local,
by telephone or at an hotel location (we have accounts nationwide). If successful, the candidates’
CV will be forwarded to you for consideration and if acceptable we will then arrange all necessary
interviews. |

Search and Selection– we have an extensive database of media professionals currently registered with us and this would be our first step to see if we already have the right person on our files. |

Advertising –if necessary we can advertise the position in one of our regular advertisements, either print or on-line. Either locally, regionally or nationally. |

Website–your vacancy will be put live onto our website
– www.foxrecruitment.co.uk. This site is promoted on all advertisements, every week. |

Recommendation–a percentage of our placements come via the personal
recommendation of people we deal with.
