become a board director of a regional newspaper company, owned by the 4th largest newspaper group
in the country. She has also worked closely with editors and production departments over the years.
Having gained this experience, she is well aware of the difficulties faced when trying to recruit
the right people for the right positions, especially for the media industry which always seems to
need that 'special kind of person'.

started his career in the media sales industry in 1993 as a sales executive and his experience across publications,
exhibitions and digital platforms now spans 15 successful years. From sales person to publishing director,
working for EMAP and Johnston Press, as well as two smaller publishers, Mark decided at the start of 2008 to
pursue a career in recruitment for the media and its related industries. Overall his experience of media sales
and media management, translates to an excellent working knowledge of the needs and requirements of both the
candidate and the employer, across all aspects of these fast paced, fast changing and challenging industries.
